Narrative

Operator was loading a backhoe onto lowboy for transportation. He exited the Backhoe onto lowboy deck. He then walked to the front of the lowboy where he stepped through the open center portion of the deck. His shin struck the metal resulting in a deep laceration that tore a section of his skin up to the bone.
