Employee was walking from break room on level concrete mill floor when knee gave out for no apparent reason (employee did not trip, slip or fall). Employee complained of pain in his knee and was taken to hospital for evaluation. Instructed by hospital physician to take one shift off work. Workmans Compensation has determined this to be a ""Life Event"" and not an injury.
