Employee stated his knee had been bothering him for a while but after lifting the miner cable up and moving it he must have twisted it. He continued to work until 1/23/2009 when he was taken off work. Investigation showed that he had prior surgery and diagnosed with a fluid filled cyst with degenative changes. This should be an Occup. Illness.
