Narrative

Employee was drilling a welding lug connected to a 6"" piece of cable and a quick connect. The drill press's bit caught the lug and pulled the cable into the drill as well as his hand that was holding the cable. He was correctly not wearing any gloves while operating the press. He was not using the equipment supplied clamping device.
