## Narrative

Employee was operating a 789 Rock Truck and was about to be loaded. A 992 K Loader pulled up to dump into the bed and the loaders front tires encountered a mud seam and three rocks fell out of the bucket and inside the truck bed, jarring the employee. He was diagnosed with a back strain and was scheduled for an MRI on 02-13-09.
