## Narrative

The crew had just finished waxing floors & were preparing to leave the area. EE had left her hard hat in the room they had just waxed. She went back to get it & slipped on the not-dry waxed floor. She was able to grab a locker to keep from falling as her left leg went out from under her. She started physical therapy 2/3/2009.
