Narrative

Working outside with steel in extremely cold weather for number of days. He didn't realize how cold his feet were until developed blisters and numbness. Let it go & condition got worse. Probable frostbite. Reported injury to office 2/10/09. Employee did not begin missing work until 2/08/2009. Employee worked from 1/12 thru 2/07/09.
