An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Era Portal at 5923' in the #1 Entry of the 3rd West Longwall. The fall was approximately 10 feet long, approximately 12 feet wide, and approximately 8 feet thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up.
