## Narrative

Employee reported: Operating continuous miner in face area, feet became entangled in the machine's cable. He stumbled and fell across a pile of slack resulting in a twist to right knee. Worked the entire shift, called the mine the following morning, reported his knee was swollen and painful & was to seek medical treatment. Diagnosis was a sprain to his knee.
