While working at the undergrate deck, ee got clinker dust in eyes. He raised up suddenly from a crouched position, knocking his hardhat off and striking head on overhead beam. He continued raising up to get out of the area, and struck his head on a steel beam on the ceiling. He received a 1.2 inch laceration to the forward central skull that required 4 sutures.
