Discovered a roof fall in the H mains 1 break inby spad 2972 in #7 entry from the start of the crosscut to the intersection in #6 entry. Fall is 5' thick x 18' wide x 50' long, 1000' from the active section, developed 12/2008, and bolted with #5 x 48"" fully-grouted resin bolts. This area has been dangered off.
