Narrative

Employee was operating the roof bolter. He got up from his knees and was moving towards the back of the machine when he hit his right knee on the frame of the machine. This caused pain in his knee and left hip.(As this investigation proceeded, it was determined that the injured was moving toward the back of the machine due to the continuous miner thru unexpectedly-MM 3/16/09 #1)
