Narrative

EE had picked up two buckets of bits to take to the shear and as he turned to walk away, he felt a sharp pain in his right side of lower back. He did not cease work at that time. He later went to the doctor and was taken off work on 02/17/09 until he had an MRI. On 02/24/09 he had an MRI and was diagnosed with a bulging disc in his lumbar area. He remains off work.
