Narrative

Employee was erecting scaffold inside of G-Ring approximately 5' off the ground. Placing boards onto brackets the board slipped and as he compensated for this, the end of the board pushed his hand onto the steel plate mashing and cutting his left thumb. He was wearing gloves and all appropriate PPE.
