## Narrative

Discovered a roof fall in the GL4 panel 3 breaks inby spad 2593 in the #2 entry. Fall is 5' thick x 20' wide x 20' long, 4800' from the active section, developed 9/2007 and bolted with #5 x 48"" fully-grouted resin bolts.  This area has been dangered off.
