In process of demolishing a truck bin and the employee was shoveling coal out of a walkway in work area for access. Another employee was cutting on a piece of adjacent structure when a piece of 2/4"" pipe conduit attached to the structure by one clamp dropped 3'-4' striking employee in shoulders then bounced and hit back of neck.
