Narrative

While driving a mantrip he hit a bump or a hole in the travelway & jarred his back causing immediate pain. Drove himself to Hospital ER in Lincoln where a diagnosis was inconclusive & pain medication was prescribed. An additional follow up with Bansal Occupational in Springfield put him on a weight & position restriction & 2 weeks therapy for a lumbar strain.
