EE injured his right hand in the fairlead of the cable reel truck. There was tension on the cable froming coming off the fairlead wheel. The EE was transported by ambulance. He returned to work the next day. Weeks later after the injury he had experienced some tenderness and lost some movement in the finger and started PT for the injury.
