An Unintentional roof fall was discovered ~8:30 AM in the South Mains Primary Escapeway. The fall was located between #103 and #104 crosscuts, # 7 entry and measured ~ 50' x 20' x 5'. The area was supported with 48"" fully grouted resin rods.
