## Narrative

EE was helping a Maintenance Mechanic install a door hinge on a man door when his left eye became irritated.  EE flushed his eye out at the eye wash station.  It was still irritated so he was sent to the clinic.  He was wearing safety glasses and side shields at the time.  No evidence of any foreign body.
