Employee was operator of a ""Guzzler"" suck truck tasked to suction out inside of a hopper. Prior to entry, employee had secured hose on outside of hopper to prevent movement, but realized he needed more slack inside to complete job. Employee pulled and lifted on secured hose (approx 30-40lb) resulting in muscles strain in left arm bicep.
