Narrative

EE stated that he was walking around the boom of a shuttle car, when he stepped in a rut in the roadway and twisted his right ankle, resulting in a fracture. The rut measured approx 4"" in depth, no loose material was observed in the area of the incident. Injured EE then walked inby to 39 crosscut where he received med attention. Transported to hospital.
