## Narrative

Employee was carrying a crib block on his left shoulder when his feet slipped out in front of him on the muddy wet mine floor. When he landed on the mine floor he put his hands back behind to catch himself and the crib landed on his left ring finger causing a laceration and a fracture to last digit (5 sutures).
