A fall was discovered in the no. 1 entry of 3 west marker outby survey station no. 5388. The fall was about 6,300 feet outby the MMU 003-0 section and measured approximately 30' long x 84"" thick x 18' wide. There were no injuries or equipment involved. Ventilation was not interrupted. The fall will not be cleaned up.
