## Narrative

EE was opening a 2"" drain valve.  Water from opened drain valve blew out, knocking off his hard hat.  After closing the valve, he was removing his monogoggles to wipe water from the goggles and his face.  Debris got into his left eye.  Medical department irrigated & swabbed left upper lid.  Referred to optometrist for evaluation & treatment.  Dispensed prescription eye drops.
