Employee stated he was carrying a 1/2 bag of rockdust walking backward dusting the face area. As he twisted around he stepped in an uneven place on the floor, stumbled and this caused his leg to buckle under him straining his knee. He was transported to Medical facility. Was taken off work on 03/31/2009.
