Narrative

EE stepped off loader ramp onto clay shed floor (approx 6"") & stepped onto a loose piece of clay. Clay turned under his foot causing him to lose his balance & he rolled his left ankle. Diagnosis - left ankle sprain w/ some ligament tear.
