## Narrative

Employee states while he was operating a Scoop, the right tire of the scoop hit the sharp edge of a loader bucket. The impact caused the tire to blow, which caused coal and other debris to fly through the air, striking EE on the left face and eye.  He received medical care and was prescribed antibiotics.
