Employee is a Supervisor who had years of repeated overhead curtain hanging & sight markings. On 11/10/08 he felt pain in his left shoulder. He was diagnosed with a lateral impingement and moderate AC joint arthritis. He worked up until 3/27/09 and was taken off work for surgery on his left shoulder.
