Employee stepped on a piece of coal that was in front of the machine he was welding on. He felt his left leg twist and pain was felt in his left knee the next day. He went to the hospital on Monday april 6th. They immobilized his knee, provided crutches, and referred him for further treatment with an orthopedic dr.
