Narrative

Employee was tightening strap on truck to secure load. Strap broke while employee was pulling on strap. Momentum carried employee forward. As employee stumbled forward, his right foot remained flat and his right ankle rolled resulting in a sprain and possible damage to right Achilles tendon.
