## Narrative

Employee was working the back side of the splitter table when the split stone popped up and struck the employee's arm.  The splitter operator was not using bottom holding teeth to the appropriate level to split the stone causing the compression springs to launch the stone upward once the splitter lever was released. Employee was taken to local ER for X-rays.
