Narrative

The employee was going through a curtain in the No. 15 entry. The employee accidentally kicked the pogo stick holding the curtain in place. When pogo stick was kicked a piece of draw rock approximately 18"" x 18"" x 1"" thick fell hitting employee on hat and shoulder, then hit the employee's rt. hand. This created or caused cut, requiring stitches.
