## Narrative

Injury was relocating a desk; during movement, the desk slipped and caught his left forearm. He  resulted in laceration of his left forearm. He received first aid and was transported to Chino Valley Urgent Care facility; 2 deep stitches and 4 surface stitches were required to close the wound.
