## Narrative

While attempting to remove a plate from an Omni Cone by-pass chute with a come a long, employee  attempted to bring the plate down to the ground. While lowering the plate he lost control and while trying to grab it, his right hand was caught between the plate and handrail of the platform, lacerating two fingers and fracturing one.
