## Narrative

While lifting a chock block, employee strained his shoulder. Employee is currently on restricted duty. (This employee was given an MRI and the results showed there was not a strain, but rather he had a burr (non-occ) that was agitating the tendon. As a result we would like to have this removed from the Leeville accident history).
