Narrative

EE was climbing onto a belt line inside the surface breaker station, removing old pieces of cut up metal sheets from a chute dumping onto belt. The side rail of belt was 3' off walkway. EE lost his footing climbing onto belt to remove the metal (3'x4'), fell backwards twisting his rt knee & striking his head on the removed metal. Taking 7 stitches to the back of head
