Injured employee was helping in the repair of a continuous miner conveyor chain. The chain became tangled, fellow employee pushed on the chain, causing the chain to flip over. A flight section of the conveyor chain struck injured miner on top of foot, just behind steel toe portion of his boot. Injured employee was placed on restricted duty.
