Employee was removing bolts from floor grating in cooler with a cutting torch. The grating and bolts were in an overhead position and one of the ""hot bolts"" fell into the welding glove. The burn was about two inches below the left thumb on the wrist. The bolt was in a corner and access was difficult to make the cut. Movement was restricted and therefore reaction time was slower.
