Employee was getting back into the LT607 truck. He was climbing up using the grab handle, the handle gave way, employee fell back catching himself with his right foot. Low back injury. He was treated as first aid and released to return to work. On 05/04/09 Employer was notified by employee that he sought medical treatment from chiropractor Incident became reportable 05/04/09
