Narrative

At tank house employee was removing one of the insulators off the B.O. lead. While removing, the insulator cracked, solution splashed up into her face and under safety glasses into left eye. employee was treated with first aid and returned to work uneventful. Employee was sent out for medical treatment by employer 05/01/09 for corneal abrasion. that is speculated from prior event.
