Narrative

EE & a co-worker were building a stopping in the #2 entry, the seam height is 10'4"" at this location and is on a hill. The right side of the stopping was stacked almost high enough to wedge. EE climbed down from the ladder to retrieve wedges when the stopping fell, striking him on the right hand.
