Narrative

Employee went down ladder to adjust feeder opening. After doing so, he then was using a scraper approximately 4"" in length to remove build up on the sides of chute. In doing so, the material flowing from feeder grabbed the scraper pinning his thumb between the hand rail and the scraper, with enough force to cause the laceration to his thumb.
