The EE claims that he bent over to pick up an empty bag that was laying in his locker and he felt a pain in his lower back. The EE then dressed for work and reported to work. After reporting to work, he stated his back hurt too badly to work. At that point the EE went home. Note: ""Accident occurred in the bath house"".
