EE stated that he stepped on the edge of a hole in the mine floor (approx 12"" diam. by 3"" to 4"" deep) while walking through a curtain. This caused his right ankle to twist outward, resulting in a sprain. He will be off work for a few days and his first scheduled workday missed is 5/8/09.
