Dispatcher lost computers. Upon investigation, it was determined that the line that provides power to #2 & #3 hoists had somehow lost power so #2 & #3 hoists were down. At that point a mne evacuation was called since we had only one escapeway. At approximately 1:03 am all 3 hoists were back operable.
