## Narrative

Employee was rolling a pre-cast concrete block onto the forks of a rough terrain forklift.  The forklift operator shifted the forks, causing the forks to come into contact with the concrete block. The employee handling the block had his hand on the block and contact was made with his left little finger between the block and the forks, causing a fracture to his left little finger.
