Employee was jackleg drilling a face round, upon lifting machine on a waist high hole, he felt a strain in right shoulder & lower back. Dr examied him with full release on date of accident. He missed work on 5/10/09 and was taken off work on 5/11/09 due to complications from strain on 4/22/09
