## Narrative

Injured & another EE were changing valves on the bottom of the middle low pressure heaters.  The middle valve is the one they were working on when the wedge that was being installed flew out and hit EE's head.  He was wearing the proper PPE.  He was taken to Medical dept. then to St. James Hospital.  He received 12 stitches and returned to work with restrictions.
