Narrative

On May 19,2009 at approx. 7:38 am at the Oak Hill Mine a mechanic was found dead in the cab of a fuel truck. It appears that his death was due to natural causes. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death. There are no indications that an accident contributed to his death.
